Is anyone else having this problem?

http://stats.adultrevenueservice.com...er+permissions

It say my account is on hold...every single link I try to use to get some support takes me to the same screen...does anyone have a contact email or # for them?

Cleo 2006-02-04 01:19 AM

Yeah, I figured it was something like that...I wish they would let me in and I fax it in a second.

I'll try the email support.

Gonzo,
I had problems logging in awhile back and my spyware program had put ars into my host file. I removed that entry from the host file. (windows\system32\drivers\etc) Are you having a problem like that?

ARS musta have pissed Hooper off.
On your advice I just have installed a FRESH hard drive on my laptop. Same results..
I guess they misplace affiliates.

Please do...02-04-2006 was when I posted and still no response.

You sure havent used any of mine. Of course its hard to look it up after you deleted the account.

You guys sure have gone down hill over the years. The lack of customer service is pretty damn evident in a time when many programs are begging for traffic.

The abrupt termination of sites such as ageoath to rumors of processing issues all standout in my mind.

I will admit the RSS feeds sparked an interest for me but then again when the account is deleted you cant even give a cursory look.

Jay moves around enough traffic that I would go to the extra effort to resolve his issues. Your most recent reply shows a lack of interest.

Your not alone though. When theres dirty laundry most programs will do anything to take it off the boards. Youd think by now program owners would realize that many of us are good friends and talk to each other on a consistant basis.

Don't take this the wrong way, since I love both parties involved :) But when was the last time you used the account?

I could be wrong (and have been in the past on numerous occasions) but didn't ARS get rid of a lot of inactive accounts back in 2003 when the big changes happened?

Right or wrong, sponsors, boards, paysites, etc. delete accounts that haven't been active in X amount of days/months/years - especially if there's a big server or database move & they don't want to spend time importing dead accounts.

Just a thought:)

Jay - I've had to call ARS in the past & they were very helpful.

If it's the W9 thing, just print one up form the IRS website & fax it into:
1-866-316-9640

ARS rep says they dont delete accounts. I say bullshit and that they have deleted mine. And yes it is an old account one of the very first I created.

My original point was how it amazes me that someone would delete any affiliate account knowing the cost of acquring an affiliate is rather steep.

xxxjay 2006-03-04 04:10 PM

It's been over a months.

Great support they have over there.

xxxjay,

Do you have me on ignore here? Ive posted here and on your gfy threads, and you never reply to me.

Contact me VIA icq anytime so I can lookup your account number. Or contact us by phone or email. When an account it put on hold an email was sent to you with any details.

Gonzo,

A missing w-9 file means the ball is in your court to get your old account active. We cant pay you or allow access without sending a W-9. Accounts dont get deleted, they get put on hold. Which is what the message displays when you try to login with your account.

When I try to login to your account I get the following:

"Your account,(70063) is on hold because of a missing w9 form. You may get one here Click here to contact ARS support."

First:

I apologize for no one getting in touch with Gonzo and XXXJay in this thread I'm not sure where the miscommunication was.

Gonzo: Your account was not deleted it's on hold for the same reason, missing a W-9 form, you can fax one to us at 1-866-316-9640 and it will be reactivated

XXXJay: I'm not sure of your account # so not sure what's wrong with it, you can contact me via ICQ: 92440098 or email shawn@evidz.com and I'll take care of whatever problem you're having.
