I was up til about 2 watching the election results, right back up at 7 to see it's still a toss-up.

I can't mentally take 4 more years of this |facepalm|

I do have to run to Lowe's to pick up a new flapper thingy for my toilet, so that'll occupy my brain for a little bit today (HINT: I tend to fuck these things up)

Other than that, it's just worky work...

Working hard here too. I have a busy rest of the week so I am trying very hard to stay focused on what I need to do and not the crap in the media. The votes take time to count. They will have projected winners soon, but never soon enough for the Orange one.

3 years ago today, I became an only child. It feels like yesterday from the way it still hurts. I know he is in a better place with no more pain or discomfort, but still..

Went to bed early as I could see it will be days, weeks or longer before the courts decide this. Of course I woke hoping there would be solid news but my gut, filled with Halloween candy, seems to know better.

Started feeling better yesterday so I went all |headbang||drummer| and now my neck and upper back are hurting. Getting old hurts!

Not sure but I think I'll still go outside today and do a little work anyways.

Hey, the solid news is that the votes are being counted - properly. Everything else is just plain guessing.

So, where's my Halloween candy? We don't get that here.. sigh.

Up and working per usual, that's the plan for the day. I'll be watching and praying Biden can pull out Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada for the 270 needed but we'll see. |huh

If Biden needs and wins Georgia and/or Arizona, don't put it past Trump to get the Republican State governors to fuck things up. They could decide not certify Biden electors or send both Democratic and Republican electors to the Electoral College vote. Who chairs that vote in December? VP Mike Pence.

Beautiful fall weather. Just came back from long walk and now heading out for a grocery run. Later, I'll be at my desk with CNN on.
