I almost have everything set up on the new PC. Just waiting for the external CD drive I ordered from Amazon to be delivered today so I can install a couple programs (I refuse to call them apps).

Kinda busy offline today. After I go 💨 on the cars, my mom has her last Occupational Therapy session (aka How To Pull Up Your Pants With A Stick) & I want to be in there so I'll know what exercises she's not going to do on a daily basis. Then I need to run to the bank & grocery store, as well as pick up the ASSIL.

I'm alive.

Yesterday, somehow, became a day of rest. The day flew by quickly with basically nothing accomplished. So, it was mostly like any other day.

Greenie has managed to infect my computer. I was getting constant bad disk warnings, but I figured out to fix that. I turned off the warning. Who knew this computer repair stuff was so easy? |loony| (I did use the Windows backup utility, but if you think I'm going to replace that disk while this computer still boots and functions, you simply don't know me.)

It is 20 [fucking] degrees here at the moment. Why did I move here? Oh yeah, I'm a middle-aged man who doesn't want to live in his parents' cat piss-smelling house. Thank fuck those old cats are finally dying off.

Speaking of apps - Ha! I still say programs too, but I do say apps when it comes to phone stuff.

FlashFXP is by far my most favoritest FTP program. The owner is in jail and the server that ran the licensing has been down so, even if you purchase it, which I did in the past, you can't license it. However, you can, seemingly, continue to use it. Weird.

Hello everyone, I haven't been here in a while. I'm home from LA and Vegas, got home Sunday night late and been busy as balls since. No Vegas flu but admittedly I do have a sore throat. Can't have anything to do with inhaling all that smoke at the Hard Rock, nah lol. Thankfully I didn't stay there and had a clean smoke free room for sleeping but spending 10-12 hours in the Hard Rock is all one needs to have your lungs filled with shit.

The Weather Readers were only off by 18 hours...

I don't know why, but I'd love to go to another function in Vegas. I enjoyed both of the conferences I went to yearrrrrrs ago, even as an introvert.

As you know, I have been searching for gainful employment for almost a month with ZERO success. (I should probably be looking to see what is in fashion among the modern homeless instead of chatting here.) One of the most frustrating aspects of looking for a job is all the fucking emails you get from Indeed and GlassDoor, mostly for jobs you are in no way qualified to do. Right about now, I would do almost anything that would pay the rent, but these sons a' bitches keep sending me postings for engineers and pediatricians. Oh, and you hear back from no one on the jobs you apply to. Fuckers. |banghead| It's almost as if they sense that I don't want to leave the comfort of my home.

We do have grey skies as it is suppose to start raining tonight but I guess that sure beats a Polar Vortex or whatever y'all call that shit out there!

I'll be doing biz stuff most of the day and is really the only thing on my game plan other than Mexican food Wednesday and watching last nights episode of Project Blue Book. We are not alone. Which reminds me, I think I will travel to Area 51 this year to check that off my bucket list. It's only a few hours outside of Vegas so this is doable.
