It is not a "ban" on porn. The law (if it goes through, it is not yet certain) will simply mean that you will have to tell your ISP that you are over 18 and that you want porn and they will unblock your account. The idea is to stop kids getting porn.

Although how the fuck they will be able to tell porn from non-porn is beyond me.
