Most days, it's difficult coming up with the "aka" for these threads, so I used today's as an excuse to post this:


I was oddly productive yesterday |crazy| Hoping that continues today, even though I do need to run to the grocery store for my mom. The Bitch has started calling me "Toby" because of all this crap I do for my mom|lol|

Do any of you have HBO? Not the cable channel, but Horrible Body Odor?|lol| Seriously, if you do subscribe to the cable channel, I highly recommend watching (or DVRing) Vice News Tonight weeknights at 7:30. They cover the major topics all the other news agencies cover, as well as a lot of news from around the world that you don't hear about on the nightly or cable news shows. You can also watch them on YouTube, but they wait a week or so to put the episodes up.

It's about 5:30 am here and I am deeply opposed to being upright at this time of day, but that dog, for the first time ever, decided that she needed to go outside at 5, so here I fucking am.

I created a mini PC from an old Acer Aspire netbook by installing Lubuntu on it yesterday. It was running XP, but XP can only run an old, shitty, unsynced version of Chrome. Now, I'm using the Chromium browser which is some sort of Chrome offshoot for Linux, and it actually syncs with my Chrome login, so I have all my bookmarks and saved passwords. Yay me!

After wandering through the desert in the dark so my dog could shit, I'm settling in, bathing in hot coffee, and relaxing.

The most exciting thing today is this mail I got from Paul.hester@us.army.mil (who oddly enough want my reply to paul.hester2344@gmail.com)

So I am about to get stinking rich, because he has some money stored somewhere and... You know the drill.
I can trust a US-Army dude, right? |huh

I had a 12hour day in the chair yesterday, so every little annoying server-thing has been dealt with.
So now back to the ordinary stuff.

My back hurts. I think I got my back cold by getting wet by rain earlier in low temps.
So I cut my day short from my offline work and now I'm sitting on my couch drinking hot cup of tea. |coffee later. Browsing the net then back to coding.

I think the amount of those sh*^$tty spam emails is bigger and bigger every year. I saw one blog that's actually posting all those emails. ..And they have audience, comments etc.. |lol|

He claims to be a Marine while having an Army email address and serving the 25th Infantry Division, which is an Army unit, not a Marine unit. You would think these fuckers would at least work on an airtight background story.
