2nd day in this new place. I'm struggling with the net, but it might be that the problem is within my computer. Gotta make this work.

I had a chat with my (late) best friend son today. After his fathers untimely passing, we do that a lot.
When he heard where I had moved he sent me this pic and asked

Spent yesterday tailgating as The Bitch worked the lot.

Today, I have to run the ASSIL around for a bit & then the garage door people are coming since my spring snapped.

Today's sad news: After 10+ years, The Hun now promotes my main sponsor and will no longer accept my galleries. :(

Went for a blood test today. Amongst other things, they test my blood for baking powder. Seriously, apparently the level of baking powder in my blood helps them measure how much life my kidneys still have in them!

It was cold here this morning, not like your Norway, Canada, Buffalo cold but 41F is just plain cold in So Cal. I had to put on sweats to go outside this morning to feed the stray cat and sit with her. Hell my toes are still cold and I've been back inside for an hour. Guess I should buy shoes that are not ventilated.

Finished the last of the financials for this year as trustee this morning. Now I have to deal with title company and get that squared away be end of year. Procrastination is my friend |pokefun|JR

Been working for a few hours now. I have a very nice, very cute, Air BnB guest from NY staying with me.

Other than that I'm really sore for yesterday's yard work. Was going to try to finish up today but my go to the gym instead.

Just puttering - cleaning old links here and there, adding new stuff. The usual stuff. We will be out of town on Wednesday - one of our semi-annual trips down to Helsinki. Those of you freezing in other areas may want to come warm up with us - we will be above freezing for the next week or so. Any snow we had here in the southern part of Finland has pretty much melted. No white Christmas for us... sigh.

And Cleo, if she is *still* laying there, I would start to worry.

I think this week may be a wash out. Today, I ended up helping my brother in law Xmas shop. He not really up to speed you might say and needs me to assist him from time to time. Tomorrow, my daughter needs a ride to the doctor. I can see where this is going.
