Afternoon!

Drove my daughter uptown to the dentist and back. Just settling in for an afternoon of work. Tonight I have a meeting with a client. That's about it for me.

Everyone down here including myself is in a total funk this year mostly due to Donald Fuck stealing this election with Russia's help.

I've got a wonderful 30 year old from NY staying with me. She is a science geek like me and last night we hung outside amazed at how bright Venus was in the sky with Mars just above it and even could see Neptune. She is kayaking today, I almost went with her. She leaves tomorrow and then I have a Canadian guy coming in for a week.

Mostly didn't go kayaking with her because I'm way too sore all over from all the yard work I've done.

Getting ready for the gym and then an evening at the local pub, My guest said she might join me.It's funny how most of my guests want to experience Wilton Manor's gay life as most of my guests are straight. Guess it's like going to the zoo and watching the wildlife. :D

Baking a sweet potato for dinner. Never had sweet potatoes before, and this fact came up in a conversation with my sister, so she brought some over a few days ago for me to try. Just got round to it, had to look up how to cook them on Google, got loads of recipes, but most were basically just a polite way of the webmaster saying "just cook them like normal potatoes asshole."

Mankind's eternal quest for knowledge is what makes us human!

There was nothing on the top of Everest that made it worth climbing, but someone still climbed it to look. There is nothing of any use at the North Pole except ice, and we have ice makers, but people gave their lives to explore the North Pole. There is not even oxygen to breath on the moon, but we went there for a look-see anyway.

And similarly, there is nothing in a gay bar for a straight person, but that does not stop us visiting them.

Enquiring human minds just need to know.

And that, Your Honour, is why these fine police officers found me in the cellar of a notorious Soho gay bar under a pile of naked nubian twinks all oiled up and with shaved pubes, brandishing a jar of lube and shouting "hurry up and line up before the viagra wears off."

It was simply me playing my part in mankind's constant quest for knowledge, Your Honour.

And honestly, I have no idea how that horse got there, I did not order it.

Nor do I know why the horse was wearing a tutu.

Work for me today is going to be pretty much a bust -- we have a nice long trip into Helsinki on slick roads. No snow as that has all melted. We are leaving before sunrise, which means we might get to see some pretty lights on the way. My husband has not even slept yet, so he will be one tired puppy when we finally get home in about 12 hours. We are taking my laptop with us this time, and I can work from there, but we will be sitting out in the public areas of a hospital. Might be fun to work on porn there!!
