Did anyone else get Disney+ or does anyone have any questions about it?

I prepaid $70 for the next 12 months for just it last week, but I didn't know there was another option:

I already pay for ESPN+ so I guess I'll have to contact them as far as merging the 2 & adding Hulu.

JustRobert 2019-11-14 10:18 AM

I finished the 2nd season of The End of the F***ing World which is still dark and quirky.

Greenguy 2019-11-21 09:35 AM

I haven't watched it yet, but S3 of The Crown is out 💂👑💂

JustRobert 2019-11-21 06:52 PM

I'm finished the first 3 episodes of S3 of The Crown now and it's as good as ever even with the new cast which I believe is brilliant!

Greenguy 2019-11-25 08:33 AM

Not sure if this counts, as I didn't find it streaming for free anywhere, but Zippy to my Blamo scolded me for not knowing about Rick and Morty so I bought S1 on Amazon and I cried laughing while nearly pissing myself thru the 1st 7 episodes yesterday. Very very very|lol|

Ramster 2019-11-25 10:05 AM

I got Disney+ for the daughter since we already pay for Hulu and unlike Hulu, I can get Disney here in Canada |thumb Watch the first couple of episodes of Mandalorian, I like it so far.

ArtWilliams 2019-11-25 10:24 AM

I bought season 1 of Scrubs from Google Play. Streaming is not available here in Canada. Seems the only way to watch it is to buy it. Funds for the purchase came from all those "where did you shop surveys" that my android phone sends me. Hey, those dimes and quarters add up!

You won't be saying that once you watch a couple episodes of Scrubs |couch|

Greenguy 2019-11-27 07:57 AM

If you have Disney+ do NOT make the mistake of watching the movie Noelle simply because Bill Hader is in it |facepalm|

I would watch it for Anna Kendrick and it's Xmas corny which means I would like how super cheesy it is :D

Super cheesy doesn't even come close. This is like when you order a stuffed crust pizza & it comes with 3 toppings, so you get cheese, cheese & cheese.

I did|lol| a couple times, but they were too few & far between.

As for your crush |smooch| she's never been naked in a movie & even her Fappening pics were PG:

Nice Pic :D

JustRobert 2019-12-10 09:56 AM

I watched the new animated holiday movie Klaus and I thought it was good

Greenguy 2019-12-10 07:48 PM

I am SOFA KING far behind on my streaming. I still need to watch S3 of The Crown, I have 6 episodes of Watchmen on HBO in my DVR, 4 episodes of Stumptown (it's decent enough) & 3.5 seasons of Rick & Morty which had me crying|lol|

JustRobert 2019-12-11 03:39 PM

I finished S3 of The Crown and it was good and enlightening.

Watching The Lizzie Borden Chronicles now (it's been in my queue for a long time) and it's interesting.

JustRobert 2019-12-15 01:44 PM

Realized I had watched half of Lizzie Borden before but finished it this time. It made decent background noise while working.

Last night we did watch Dolemite Is My Name and |lol| a lot.

Greenguy 2019-12-16 06:06 AM

Over the weekend, I got caught up on Watchmen on HBO, watched the Ghostbusters & Die Hard episodes of The Movies That Made Us, watched 6 Underground (really good for a Netflix only movie), The Irishman (3.5 hours blew by) & started on S3 of The Crown.

Greenguy 2019-12-17 05:53 AM

Yesterday The Bitch & I watched Marriage Story which was a little long, but ok.

Then we binged The Confession Killer about "serial killer" Henry Lee Lewis, who confessed to killing 200-600 people (it varies thru the doc). He was convicted of or had the cases closed on 200+ murders, but in reality probably killed 3 people. It's 5 episodes, each under an hour. I say |thumb|thumb

Greenguy 2019-12-27 08:24 AM

Seeing as I was on the couch most of yesterday, I did watch They Shall Not Grow Old which is a really good WWI documentary by Peter Jackson; then I watched ESPN's 30 For 30 on Dennis Rodman which was really fucking good & one of those docs where you go "OH! Ok. Now I see why he did that!"

I also rewatched Star Wars: The Force Awakens & Star Wars: The Last Jedi as I'm going to see Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker on Monday |lightsabe

ArtWilliams 2019-12-27 07:41 PM

As Ramster mentioned in the morning thread, Lost In Space Season 2 has dropped.

JustRobert 2019-12-29 10:22 AM

I started watching The Witcher and I like it. My wife binged it all in a day. Can be a little slow in the beginning to set the story but it does pick up.

Lost In Space is in the queue but will have to wait just like the last couple of episodes of The Witcher until I get back from my Xmas vacation of sorts.

We finally watched Dolemite Is My Name and yes|lol| That sex scene killed me :D

JustRobert 2020-01-13 12:39 PM

Greenie,
If ya go to watch season 2 of The Degenerates (stand up comedians) you may want to skip the first episode as Jim Norton's set is half filled with suicide jokes.

Glad you liked Dolemite as I recommend it to everyone. Eddie Murphy was meant to play that role.
