Smoke 'em if you got 'em

Last nights sprint race was pretty good and it's almost time to watch qualifying for Sundays race that's waiting for me on the dvr.

I went out and did a bunch of outside work and was feeling pretty good until I was putting things away, at least I was finished. Been on heat and ice ever since and it looks like I'll be continuing this today in hopes of doing some outside stuff tomorrow or Monday.
