So no more hockey for a couple of months |cry| I guess I'll turn my focus to baseball & either of my NY teams :D Of course, I can't escape tennis for the next 2 weeks |facepalm|

We sold our last rental unit yesterday |banana|
It's a low income house down in Georgia so not a lot of money but I was able to get it sold as is which is good since it needed a new roof. Cost of the roof would of taken 2 to 3 years to recoup the money.

Today is just biz stuff and a fresh buzz on the old noggin.
