More Paxum Problems For US Account Holders

I put in for an ACH withdrawal to my bank in Paxum Friday morning. On Saturday night, I got this email:

Our accounting department notified us that your EFT was rejected because EFTs are no longer available for US bank accounts at this time.

We are trying to find a solution for this situation but it the meantime we suggest withdrawing your funds by WIRE for which you also need to add a SWIFT code.

"...no longer available for US bank accounts at this time."????

Also, not only have they NOT contacted their customers or posted anything on their site about this, but they STILL have the US listed when you look to see what countries are eligible for EFT (ACH) and you can STILL request the funds be sent to your bank (I assume they tell you after that you're fucked)

My bank doesn't do international wires, so I really have no way to get the money out. Thankfully Ramster (who's in Canadia) can help me, so I transferred it all over to him & he's gonna move things around & get the money over to me, but I'm fucking done with Paxum. I think I have 5 sponsors that only offer Paxum or wires, so if I do hit the minimum on those I'll just annoy Ramster, but otherwise |waves|

We've been dealing with their bank over wire problems for a client. Paxum Bank is apparently unaware that US banks do not have SWIFT codes.
Dont let money sit there thats for sure.

At least this thread was answering a question I had. I am in Europe and wanted to know if it were possible to receive a payout to my US account to avoid being raped on exchange rates.

Greenie, did you get this handled? I withdraw from Paxum every week via Ach and didn't get such a message. They are kinda screwy with their customer support.

I ended up sending it to Ramster since he's in Canadia and then he got it to me, but their 1st reply to me was |facepalm|

But I think I'm done with them. If my bank did do international wires or Paxum would still cut you a check or give you an ATM card, then I'd at least have a Plan B. But we all know money don't flow in like it used to & I can't risk getting any stuck someplace where there's only 1 option to withdraw it without jumping thru hoops & bugging friends for favors. Plus, I seriously doubt Paypal is going anywhere :D

...I know: Where the fuck did I get $1,473 from?! :D
