Sunday November 12th (aka I May Need To Move My House)
Morning! |waves|
We got feedback from the 2nd private showing yesterday & one of the things they didn't like was that they felt the house was too close to the road |banghead| Yesterday was kinda uneventful. I got a lot of work done & then watched Live By Night with Ben Affleck - it was pretty good |thumb Just working now, then |football| |
Afternoon!
Had a blast this weekend with my step-grandson. Went to a Queen-tribute show on Friday (and the 9year old liked it too) and the rest of the weekend have been between Crazy Craft (a Minecraft Mod) and some Netflix'ing. He also wanted to see A Nightmare before Christmas. Good taste in this kid :) Now for a short nap, then some work. Have a great day J:)lly |
When I was buying, fixing and flipping have you tried dropping the price in line with what they want fixed or changed?
This is not about the road but about the 1st viewing. A nice tall hedge can fix the road issue. We found that if we fixed or made allowances for the fixing/changing people would move forward. |

Sounds like a lame excuse to me. Your house is set back just as far as most of the others on your street, and it is certainly not right on the street either. Most people don't entertain in the front yard. Your house has that awesome pool and pool house. How noisy is that road?

It's not a really busy road, but it does intersect 2 really busy roads on each end. I think they're just being picky.
