Is the standard for freesites still building for 800 x 600, or have we evolved into 1024 x 768?

Edit: along with that, is it still kosher to add a 4th link back to the root index?

1024 wide and height is whatever.

Yeah, we finally evolved to 1024 :) Using a 950 wide table usually puts you right were you want to be.

I use 80% table size to help fit most browsers

And still people are submitting site swith pics that are 500px on the long side, that's like the new thumbnail standard these days :)
