A couple Newbie Questions

I started my amateur showcase site in March (MansonFamilyFreakshow.com). The site is getting anywhere from 1000 - 1500 hits a week and I usually maintain 70 - 80 members a month.

I'm not sure it this is good or bad. I got into this on my own, and out of pocket - so I'm curious to know where this ratio puts me?

And secondly....

Trading Traffic with TGPs or MGPs - Because I don't know if my traffic is any good I've been afraid to initiate trades. It seems very easy to get blacklisted, and last thing I need is a bad reputation. With my traffic at what I stated - would I be able to maintain a traffic trade? and are they raelly as quick to blacklist you as they say?

Thanks

You should be able to start some small traffic trades with those numbers. Pick some similar sites that are a similar size to trade with.

The only you would get blacklisted is if you do something wrong.
Follow the site's rules and you should be fine.

why somebody should blacklist you just for asking for trade.
What i know big guys trade with big guys and small guys trade with small guys , thats all .

You should not trade traffic between a paysite and any other site, you should feed the paysite with traffic.
There are different ways to feed you're site, but the most common ones are freesites, galleries and blogs.

If you read up a bit about how to build and submit those, you would pretty quickly see 1000-1500 / day, and not / week.
