We're suppose to get a lot of rain and wind here today. We could have gusts up to 110 km/hour (66 mph)! Time to batten down the hatches, as they say.

Not sure what I am doing today. Between the quarantine and weather, I'll be inside. TV and maybe a game of cribbage or backgammon.

I slept HARD last night & I really needed it. Woke up about 45 min ago & have double-checked what day of the week it is at least 4 times :D

Were under a High Wind Warning:
"30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected."
I should probably go get that Biden/Harris sign off my lawn if I ever want to see it again.

Bills play Arizona today at 4PM & since I have a doctor appt tomorrow morning, I think it's best I watch the game here with The Bitch instead of my usual |tddance||cheers||banana|

Woke up to my first DMCA take down notice from Google. I've responded to it, because that is sponsor provided material, and used with permission. I also let the sponsor know. Other than that, it is work, stitch, work, stitch, work for me the next couple of days.

I've had a few of those over the years. It sucks. I am more careful about who I promote these days as well.

I figure it this way - the model is only hurting herself. The sponsor hasn't issued a take down. I have had a few of those from models who are trying to break away from their adult past and always remove them. This model has that same shoot up on her OnlyFans site. When I did my gallery, I submitted it all around, including FreeOnes, which has a prominent link to her... get ready ... OnlyFans site. So, in essence, by having my legit gallery removed, she is losing free advertising.

I have yet to hear from the sponsor, but then, this is only Monday. I would think that they (or the original photographer who paid her for the shoot) should have some say in how *their* content is being used. Unless she bought all the rights... Who knows?

It is a good sponsor with nice promo materials. This chick just sounds like a whacko.

We've gotten a couple of model requests too. For same reason. Stopped shooting, moving on. We always comply.

Revenge porn and bad actors in the AV business in Japan forced a new set of rules to be set in place in April, 2018.

Content, if the producers want real and massive distribution on multiple platforms and formats has a 5 year shelf life. After 5 years the model can request a new payment or have the content taken down. Pirates never comply without threat of legal action but I suspect the rules are improving things a tiny bit. Companies that do not comply quickly find themselves without major distribution. A few have received such penalties. Idiots.
