I felt pretty good about myself yesterday, but then life slapped me in the face...twice |facepalm| I want to stay awake & work, but the funk is not helping. That's when it's time for "Go To" albums & thanks to J|JollyHumper|lly, one of those is now Demon Box by Motorpsycho :D

Just realized I have to leave the house later |facepalm|

Yesterday the sun came out and the afternoon rain stayed away but it seems to be here now so all the sucking I thought I would do then will be today I guess. By the way SoCal had a tornado that red flagged 11 buildings, wtf.

On a good note I've been able to sit more and more at my desk throughout the day so I'm happy about that!

Anyhoo, besides the above it's grunt work all day with and without the tv on.

Back from an early BIL, PetSmart & Costco run. Now, I'm at my desk for the remainder of the day. One meeting in the mid-afternoon. I think I'm watching a movie tonight.

I've been to the gym and will have some stuff done in the next few hours.
It might seem like the mood-stabilizing stuff my doctor has prescribed actually works. if so, wow! |hammer
