A New Way To Make Money?
 

I have a routine most mornings which involves going for a morning jog and picking up the paper on the way home. In my local newsagents this morning I noticed something I'd never seen before, but something immediately familiar to me : paid trial stickers to porn sites. I thought I was hallucinating and wondered if maybe I wasn't due a couple of weeks off.

Anyway, cut a long story short. There are these scratch cards (like the lotto ones) for different pay sites. You pay £4.99 and scratch off the strip and, voila, there's a password to your given pay site.

I live in a small town, very conservative, so there was no way I was about to buy one. But it just struck me as very strange.

Is this something you've seen? Tried?

Since it's possible no credit card details are used, how could it work?

I'm thinking that I'll need to throw on a ski mask and visit my local newsagents. :)

Those have been around a while. You need to check with your sponsor first before you try them.

I find having scratch off ads on the local hooker's asses seems to work well.

On my screen your original message came up as "You pay £4.99 and scratch off the strip" - ie 4.99 in Pounds Sterling.

I live in the UK and I've never seen these things.

I moved here to be closer to my mom who's not too well at the moment. I don't think I've ever seen my neighbours and people keep pretty much to themselves.
