I am going to keep going all day no sleep I need to get a lt done working on a aye site have to doa few tours and a lot of those skills are lacking I had 2 pro headers done from Loreen she id killer work now just to finish the rest :)

Got a new domain yesterday and installed Wordpress on it and set it up for multi site use. Wasn't too bad once I realized that the docs were incomplete and that the config file does not include the defines. Google was my Wordpress friend yesterday.

Today I'll be looking for some new templates to use and maybe even get a blog or two going on it. I installed everything on the same IP as my existing blogs so once I have everything working smoothly I'm planning on migrating my existing blogs over to it as well.

Planning on doing the gym sometime today to air out my over used hurting brain and then it will just be more of the same.

Good morning. Fuck, I am sick again. This is the third bad cold I've had this year and it's only January. Time for Advil and tea. Ooops, look like I coughed up a lung!

Cleo, I like WP Multi-Site. I never did much blogging because the fear of having to update dozens of blogs (code and plugins). Now, I've got 7 made and many more planned. I tried a cloning plug-in hoping I wouldn't have to copy and paste widgets and such but it was a disaster. When I am brave enough maybe I will try some MySQL and PHP to cut down the work. As it stands now, I can take a blog from buying the domain to having everything installed and 5 good, hand written entries done is less than a day.

Fridays are normally reserved for doing family chores but I think I want to finish updating each of the blog with at least one entry. I think I will do what I feel like today as my energy is low.

Seems like it is going to be really great. I've been stuck at only having a handful of blogs due to the daunting task of keeping everything updated but now I'll have just one install to deal with.

Couldn't figure out why domain mapping was not showing up under tools until I finally realized that I hadn't renamed and moved my "wordpress-mu-domain-mapping" directory to "mu-plugins" and moved it to the root of wp-content.

I'm so glad that I'm doing all this on a fresh domain and not trying to move my existing blogs until I've figured all this out. |thumb

I love coming home from Vegas - my body has no clue what time it is. Got in a midnight, slept til 3 PM, worked til 5 AM & now here it is 10 AM. If I can manage to get back on this schedule over the weekend, I'll be all set - but I doubt it.

Other than that, it's boil removal day :D

Good morning! Just getting started with the day. Updated a couple things on sites. So hopefully that little traffic pump will produce. Now it's time to go to a meeting about this iPad database app I have prototyped. I thought it was almost dead in the water. Guess not as the guy called and he wants a even more polished version for next Thursday. So I know what I'll be spending a lot of time on.

After that I'll be back in the afternoon to catch up so more on things. I'll also be putting my designer hat on because a couple sites need face lifts in major ways. Plus updating blogs. |bananna|

Happy hour sushi I think is on tap. I plan on drinking shitty warm sake and a couple asian beers tonight. Then come home and go to sleep to dvr'ed tv.

Got my first paysite set up yesterday, and setting up another today. Unfortunately, the security on my apache doesn't allow the command needed to set up the script, so I have to write and ask for an exception, implement it, then notify them. Makes me safer, but takes longer.

Going to run an experiment of AVS that have tons of bonus content at a higher price vs paysites that don't give as much, but are cheaper, and see how it goes. |thumb

Other than that, just a normal porny type day.

Art, that is great news on the closing of those torrents, now if those 1millon plus members would just all buy a subscription from one of us, we'd have it made. :)

Cleo, good luck on the blog, I've never tried to set-up that multi use, just have individual blogs. Sounds like a PITA.

We are having great weather and I think I will take a small drive with the top down to enjoy it. It's suppose to last all weekend so getting outside is on the list of things to do.

Tons o' work on ye olde schedule today. Had a project I started in August that was due to be completed in March pushed up to Jan 17, 9am. So, got 80% of that done at 6:25am, back at it this morning, almost done.
