Friday January 11th - What is that bright light in the sky?
 

Oh wait.. I think that is called SUNSHINE!! We have been cold and grey for so long lately that I have forgotten about blue skies and sunshine.

I actually got more than 4 straight hours of sleep last night, so I am also feeling strange. Got lots to do today, so I had best get cracking.

My stepdaughter's dialysis delivery was scheduled from 930-1230 yesterday...he showed up at 2 |facepalm|
It's a balmy 14°F/-10°C outside |snowman2 I know because I had to get bloodwork done for my doctor & had to be fasting, so I've already left the house & my toes are still cold |facepalm|
In 20 min I'll wake up my mom. She has one Physical Therapist coming at 9 & another at 1130. Each one gives her exercises to do 2x's a day that take 45-60 min each. My mom is eating up at least 3-4 hours of my time each day |facepalm|

I need an assistant :D

Slept in a little this morning, until 7:30 lol. Had to get up at 3:30 and drive my wife to work, oh joy, as my daughter has a doctor appointment this morning at 9am. So after being up for 45 minutes I got back to sleep and here I am, working all day as usual.

The massive mainstream project that I have been working on for four years has its first official municipal client. I sent out twenty postcards and got one signup. I should have tried postcards when I was selling smut. MUCH better sign up ratio.

Got up and started working and realized I did not stop by. Far to many piddly stuff going on at the same time. Rain is suppose to be coming and should be here for a week they are saying so not much going on outside.

Do have a couple of errands that will make me leave the house today and that is it.

Been a busy day, started with an appointment at the doctor (I don't like him, but he's just a temp until April) and then I fell asleep again ...
Then some meetings and brave me decided to walk back and forth.
It took me 2 good hours. Haven't walked a distance like this in ages.
Wonder how tomorrow will be ... |scared||lol|

Both yesterday and today have been really beautiful days. My spirit has raised by a million, or something. Yesterday my |dog and I walked for a really long time and today I described above.

Didn't find time to biz today, I'll do it tomorrow instead. (I've kinda planned to take weekends off from now on, It seems I fail to do so at the first weekend ... |loony| )

Got a bit of everything done all around today. It's now 4am and we are crawling into bed. Nice thing about this time of year is I can sleep about 5 hours before the sun even rises. MUAHAHAH!!

We did sell that cast iron stove, and they will be here on Tuesday ripping up my kitchen to take that huge monstrosity out. then the Husband wants to spend about $9,000 we don't have on a massive soapstone bread oven/fireplace. We don't need any kitchen cabinets or places to store food. Nope. Neither one of us eats bread either. But we do have to have this massive thing in the far corner of the kitchen so it can heat a room we don't use. It's like using a huge peashooter to kill an elephant. My workroom does not get the heat from the main fireplace in the living room, which is actually closer than this new fireplace will be. So, tomorrow I need to begin packing my kitchen up to reduce what I do use down by 1/3. Grrrrrr...

Anyway... time to catch some sleep.
