Geeze! I take a couple days off & this place goes deaf lol

Had a GREAT time up in Ottawa visiting Ramster & all his friends |thumb

Got home last Sunday & fucked off most of yesterday with some sort of cold/flu thing that's still lingering in me today :(

Working now, chiro appt this afternoon.....

Home in front of the computer.

Been doing a lot of biking. Going again this evening despite feeling a bit exhausted.

Other than that just more of the same.

Knowing Ramster I bet some beer was consumed!

Cooking a steak. I love living close to Ireland where cows are cheap! Over a quarter pound of steak for less than the equivalent of a dollar fifty.

Then I'll probably read a Dr Who novel I was given for Christmas.

All the booze in Canada is stronger. I don't know what the Mich Ultra was that I was drinking, but I know the vodka coolers were 5% which is a lot compared to the 3-3.5% down here...especially when you drink 12 of them :D 1st hangover I've had since I took drinking back up & now I remember why I quit lol
