Screen-size
Hi
Uncertain where to post this one, Anyone knows where to find information on people's screen size? Submit rules, which seems to be very old most places, says width of max 800. What would be the most maximum polite way of designing stuff now? 1000? 1280? I am 'secretly' trying to get grasp of responsive design, (since it's fun to learn new stuff anyway) but it's a slow process. So for now I'm stuck in the old methods (div's and tables). Just curious what people here thinks J:)lly |
I usually build for 1024 wide, but I do have a couple sites that are 1280+
Google Analytics does let you look at your surfer's browser sizes. It's under Technology ---> Browser & OS ---> Screen Resolution Here's the Top 10 for LOR from the last week: 1 - 1366x768 2 - 1920x1080 3 - 768x1024 4 - 1280x800 5 - 1600x900 6 - 1280x720 7 - 1280x1024 8 - 1440x900 9 - 1536x864 10 - 1024x768 |

Thanks J:)lly |
I don't build things to submit anywhere, but everything I build, I build responsively. I use free Bootstrap templates and modify them to my needs.

http://www.bustyporngirls.com/ Where I build them at 1024, then just change the table to 100% How's that for responsive, Mr Bootstrap? |waves| |
That's not at all responsive. |jackinthe
