Where To Find TGPX?

I installed the free version of Smart Thumbs because it comes compatible with mobile devices and then I realized that it does updates on clicks and not on daily basis as I want.

Where is the best place to download TGPX? What version of PHP should I run it under? I see a couple of repos and not sure which one to use.

If you know, sharing it would be appreciated. Thanks! |thumb

JMB closed up shop a number of years ago, but did so in a friendly manner and made the code open source. It has since been updated infrequently by the community, most recently in January 2015. It is compatible with PHP 5.5.

The version on Github is supposed to be compatible with 5.5 and 5.6, but there was some hitches when I installed it.
Nothing more than it was solved with the help of github board and a valued member of this board :)
(edit, I now learned the github board is gone. But the knowledge on this board should get you going IF you experience hitches)

So you should be good to go pretty soon, when you install it.

I'm still using the pre open source JMB version, single site x 7, not the multi-site GitHub version. I'm also running PHP 5.2 in order to be able to do so. The functionality is pretty much the same, but there are a few differences.

I don't think we had any problems when Pagan installed ours, but I've asked Mojo for help with TGPX in the past & they seemed to know what they're were doing |thumb

Even the unofficial support forum is gone.. yikes... I probably have enough in my notes and such here to get you going. There are some archives of that forum as well. Feel free to PM me. When I first installed mine, I also had some help from my host. I did check mine. I am running with Php 5.6 plus a tweak or two. I can probably find all of my emails from the host if needed. Any adult host should know automatically what you need.
