Anyone know why I wouldnt be able to pull up any site that has a cc bill refferer code in it? All I get is a 404. Been like this for several weeks now.|huh |confused|

CCBILL had problems with there referral domain ISP. I was under the impression this had been fixed. I hope it is as it caused me some problems.

That link to Trixie works good here and tried several other sponsors without any problem.

Also, you say you get 404s... what domain shows in your browser when you get the 404 error message?

This sounds like a local DNS or firewall issue to me. For some reason your system or local ISP is blocking the refer.ccbill.com URL.

If you are running a software firewall, temporarily disable it and try the links again.

Can you get to the main CCBill site, http://www.ccbill.com?

Chop, that's a different issue. CCBill has been "tweaking" their affiliate stats admin. It's been keeping the guys at StatsRemote busy keeping up with the changes.

My sales have gone to shit too. 1:1300 ratio (all time unique) goes to about 1:5000 (unique) since stats change up. Im hurtin.

Everyone's links posted here work fine for me.
And lately, sales have gone up actually for me.

I am curious, how do you figure (unique)?
CCBill does not report unique, only raw.
Are you counting your sent clicks yourself?



I heard that they will be reporting uniques sometime in the future but I just looked and I don't see it in the stats yet. Maybe I'm missing something? |huh

LMAO - I have had slow load times recently from the refer at ccbill as well. But it works.

That perforation/fold deal sucks. Managed to rip right into the check the other day 'cos I'm too lazy to go and get a pair of scissors every time I need to take their checks to the bank. I really should sort out getting their payments wired I guess.

You mentioned getting a 404 error--what domain are you on when the 404 error is displayed to you?
