Stomach still feels off, but not as bad as the last few days.

My pile of work is growing...

Dropping some sandwiches off at the food bank and then it's off to my BIL's to check the "lay of the land" as they say. His daily PSW started yesterday along with his medication being handed to him so that should make a big improvement for him (and me). After that, it's Thursday lunch out following by work at my desk.

BJ |baseball| starts at 4 pm so you know where I'll be.

Yesterday the shoulder had been feeling better so I started moving it around a bit more and have now set myself back 3 days |banghead| Need to call my personal out of pocket DR since he helped me 2 years ago with it.

So I'll be doing nothing but biz grunt work all day with heat and ice applications.

Back after a week in Kyoto. It was packed, way too many people. But a beautiful place with great food and hot girls.

Busy, busy, busy times.
