Just got back from helping an old friend get his house ready to sell. He and his partner are fed up with Toronto and want to move somewhere else. Any where the average house prices are less than C$1,000,000 and there aren't 24 hour traffic jams. i can understand that.

Not much left in the day. I guess a will read my email and put the baseball game on in a couple of hours. Go Yankees!
