Is Cyberage still active?

I tried to check my stats recently and found my password is not working anymore. No reply from their support. Just wondering if they are still in business and who to contact. I would appreciate your kind help.

Thanks, but that don't help me too much as international calls from abroad are not toll free at all LOL. I am looking for a reliable email contact.

ponyman 2010-12-11 01:43 AM

My webmaster password stopped working and I haven't received a check in some time. No response to emails. I called and spoke with Robert at Tri-Tech, gave him my id and email, he said he would look into it and contact me. I asked how long it would take to hear back, he said, with a bit of an attitude "I don't know". Have not heard back. I will call one more time Monday, then that's it. Too bad, too cause I've been with them since they were AgeCheck, and always done real well with them.

I can't recall this? Or are you mixing them up with Adult Check?

ponyman 2010-12-13 05:20 PM

Cyberage.com & tritech.org

Are no longer loading for me!

They must be dead for good?

faxxaff 2010-12-13 05:41 PM

Loading fine for me, but no reply from their support regarding my password and missing payments.

ponyman 2010-12-13 06:04 PM

Pulling all my cyberage links now!

Both loaded for me instantly and, despite not having a CyberAge site for years, my password logged me right in.

Lucky you. So there is hope smoke will clear up, eventually. However, I have received some very negative statements about Cyberage in other places. Hope they are just rumors.

SheepGuy 2010-12-13 10:18 PM

I still get checks from CyberAge and they've never stolen my rebills or fucked me around in any way. I really should do more with them.

For those of you wondering, we are still in business. We HAVE NOT cut off paying everyone. We have cut off a few webmasters, (Not that many) due to the fact of abusing our system. I can't and will not go into details here. Not 100% my decision, as most of you know, I'm have a business partner.
That's Dave's quote from the Zoo. He admits they still pay some, but not everybody and for no particular reason. WTF

added to the blacklist

I received my payment in the mail a few days ago, on time. I have never had an issue with CyberAge. I don't sell them as much as other AVS systems (don't make as much) but they rebill forever.

It sounds more like issues for some webmasters that are violating their Terms of Service, rather than they are going out of business.

Oh .... so the same old AVS sites sitting there for many years suddenly violate their TOS by doing nothing? There has been no explanation on what the violations were about. No communication. No reply to emails. It all sounds very fishy.

Password stopped working. No payment. No communication. No reason whatsoever. Is that how good business is conducted?

In the meantime I talked to Dave and he said, my account had never been approved in the first place .... I was wondering why they paid me and the guy I bought the sites from for so long if the account was never approved?

faxxaff 2010-12-15 07:49 PM

BTW, finally received an email from them. David mentioned all he could say my account was never approved in the first place. Makes me wonder why my password was working previously and why I got paid for so many years?!?

faxxaff 2010-12-16 10:27 PM

The latest email from him. Suddenly, he sees my sites and knows I made money, but he did not like it, so he wrote this:

Quote:

Also, thanks to you and posting this private information on the message boards, we have added new terms to our Terms and Conditions. Thank you for ruining our great reputation.

18. Any correspondence or actions arising from disputes under this agreement are confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties including publication on pubic or private forums or message boards. Any unauthorized disclosure will result in account termination and forfeiture of outstanding commissions as well as appropriate legal action.
So, if you don't get any reply from them and ask for a contact on boards, they included a condition to kick you out without payments. Come on ..... that's so cheap!

PS: I guess, since I am not an affiliate of them anymore, that term does not apply to me so I am free to post.

ecchi 2010-12-17 04:35 AM

I have been reading this thread through as it progressed trying to decide if the problem is with people breaking their TOS or CA being dishonest. Then this:

Quote:

Any correspondence or actions arising from disputes under this agreement are confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties including publication on pubic or private forums or message boards. Any unauthorized disclosure will result in account termination and forfeiture of outstanding commissions as well as appropriate legal action.
That is an admission of guilt, only the truly dishonest need to use this kind of rule. Anyone stupid enough to use CA after seeing that deserves to get ripped off.

ponyman 2010-12-17 03:36 PM

Removed all my links to cyberage. Had a great run with them for many years. No checks, no communication.

Nickname 2010-12-20 06:58 AM

This is not looking good at all.

GonZo 2010-12-20 05:01 PM

Come on guys!

Gas prices are up and dave has to pay for his ego, that lambo and his trophy wife.

Dont you know being indignant is the first refuge of the cockholster?

ponyman 2010-12-29 06:02 PM

Really missing my cyberage checks now :(
