Is CCBill Completely Fucking Useless?

As the thread title indicates, I'm not exactly pleased with the state of the CCBill affiliate admin. How did they manage to make it even WORSE than the original hunk of shit user interface? I had to use the live chat the other day just to log in and then, I tell the guy that all of my information is missing and I am unable to edit it, and he just brushed it off because he could see it on his end. I don't give a fuck what you can see if I can't see or update my own goddamn info. Plus, I get errors when I look at different pages.

I don't live at that address any longer.
I don't have email address any longer.

What the fuck, over? |banghead|

Does anyone still promote CCBill sites?

Yes, there is a couple I do really good with.

But the only good thing I can say about ccbill is that you don't have to worry about reaching minimum payout or sponsors not paying..

I've given up on them. Waste of time.

But living overseas means expensive fees to cash in, so the payout should be at a certain level anyway?

yea, I think it's pretty stupid, in 2018, that I can't edit my info online, but have to submit it with a form

I was referring to individual sponsors.. if I make one signup with some random sponsor and that's it I will still get the money for that :)

I still receive a check weekly from ccbill :D

As stated early, a random sale from this or that ccbill sponsor means money in my pocket in a couple of weeks versus waiting 6 months, a year or just writing it off all together.

Which is exactly why I, as a permanently small player, always preferred them. Of course, I haven't seen an affiliate check in I don't know how long. The only check I get from them is from OWAMW (thanks Ramster!). All I wanted to do was update my contact info so I can get shit rolling again, but the online dude was totally unconcerned with my lack of control over my own account.

The one good thing about logging in there was that I noticed that Kickass Pays payout is set to 0. Thieving prick motherfucking cunts. :D

I just wanted to make sure that CCBill hasn't fallen apart like much of the rest of the industry during my extended hiatus.

They still pay like clockwork. But, as you've experienced, support has declined considerably. You rarely get someone that knows WTF they're doing.

I had an issue with a CCBill sponsors payments not getting included in my merged payouts. I went though about a half dozen different peeps before one finally figured out that the sponsor was using a cascade with Epoch as the primary, so his CCBill sales were nearly nil and there were no funds in his account to pay affiliates. Once I made the sponsor aware he fixed the problem, but it was far more difficult getting to the bottom of the problem than it should have been.

They have moved to NATS.
http://nats.kickasspays.com/

You should have an account there now that tracks your former ccbill code, use the lost password function to gain access |bananna|
