Had another one of those 13 hours sleep nights, which usually makes me depressed. Today I feel rested and not to bad.
So, after working since 9am, we're now heading out for a lengthy walk, |dog and I.

Actually, I am currently without a physician, which should be impossible in Norway. (Due to a system we have).
But old doctor has registered me changing and new doctor has not.
Which means I have none. And it's a pain in the ass to fix.

Wednesday is AA, and after that it will be more guitar and studiowork.

I do have to pick up the ASSIL & hopefully run to the bank, so I'm going to medicate myself & sleep for a couple hours...

Yesterday I got in a couple hours of digging so that was nice. I'm hoping to get in more today but will see what the back tells me is okay. There is other stuff out there that needs to be handled which is not labor intensive so I will get to that if the back checks out early.
