Wednesday May 31 (aka Saw Tool Last Night)
Morning! |waves|
So around 4:30 I see my friend that lives in Rochester post on Facebook that he's going to see Tool & he has an extra ticket. I waited for The Bitch to call on her lunch at 5:15 & once she said "Go...what do I care?" I was out the door! The show I went to in 2002 was better, but this show was good none-the-less |thumb So, needles to say, I'm dragging a bit today... |
At least you have a reason to drag.. me? I am just dragging. I actually slept 4 solid hours last night, which is a huge victory for me with the tail end of this cold. I did take a 2 hour nap, plus slept a couple of more hours on top of the 4, but... 4 uninterrupted straight hours is almost a record for me.
Hubby is visiting his parents for several hours today so I have peace and quiet here at home, until the cat wakes up and demands her treats. Quiet day of dishes, laundry, building more galleries and approving links. Nothing really special here. |
Today, I am loading a trailer with my daughter's stuff because she's moving to North Carolina tomorrow. Pretty much out of the blue, maybe about two months ago, my homebody daughter and her friend decided on this move. I'm excited for her, but also sad. The crappy old house is going to feel empty without her. My 17 year-old son will still be here when I get home from work, but he's a lot like Greenie; he doesn't leave his room very much.
So, tomorrow morning, I will be towing a trailer of furniture and boxes for about 12 twelve hours. Or, maybe I'll simply set it on fire. It could go either way. |crazy| |
Gratz on the Tool ticket!
My dog seems a bit under the weather. She's sleeping and haven't nagged me much today. I'm not worried and it kinda suits me. I feel so tired and isn't really up for a long walk. What do you call this pre-thunder weather? Heavy air, headache and all that? Lummert in Norwegian. Maybe that's what rides us Well, back to TGPx and Porn Pitstop J:)lly |

yeah, Greenie. I thought about that one, but there is no one word for it. Norwegian has one. Odd, but Finnish does not.
