About a month ago greenguy, who knows I do gay freesites, says to me - "hey man, you want gotcock? To manage it, I keep the name and shit, but you review and run it and all that, and you can take the best part of the sponsor traffic. I don't got the time or interest in the gay shit, so otherwise it just stays dead.".

I say, "yeah, sure.". (Our brother MML used to run it.)

So, I've been slowly bringing gotcock back to life. Since I am not having to invest much into it but time, I plan on keeping it very simple - but - what I plan to do is go partner only, and I expect to approve everything partners submit fast - pretty much an automatic approval.

I want to test wether or not a completely relaxed newer style linklist can work, in terms of the hassle/profit ratio. I figure it can. As time goes on I want to explore linking deals- for instance - you give me an index to index link from something you got, and I give you ten no-recip links to freesites or the equivalent of freesites.

All I expect is builders and linkers treat the surfer fairly. I'll surf the links at random, and if I end up in a place that fucks the surfer rudely, I'll be like, "I dont want your shit anymore.".

Anyway, I am now adding gay categories, and I was wondering - should there be categories for trannys? What about categories for 4women?

Haven't looked at Get Cock in ages but yes For Women and Trannies should have their own categories.

I use to get decent traffic for my tranny stuff from Get Cock. Does the LL still have any traffic after being neglected for so long?

It is giving links again, is what I can say. I've been approving 3-5 of your sites every couple of days, for instance.

I figure it's going to be a longish road to a modest recovery, going from a coma to being able to feed itself, lol. As we all know, arguably linklists are a kind of "antique shop" at the moment, a specialty store, off the beaten path, not the wal-mart of porn.

It once had a good name. It's been around a while. So, save it from that coma, and we shall see what happens.

And if you are going to split the 4 women you can do a basic couples vs solo males if you don't want too many. I tend to do hardcore, cunnilingus, solo male and toons on mine if you want more.

Sure, I can set up a male toons category. That's how I was planning to do it, establish a relatively simple basic list of cats, then, if people asked me to set up a specific category. or if I noticed a trend that seemed to beg a category, I'd add it.

I'll be adding some categories this weekend, it should be up by monday.

Got Cock has a long and storied history - one of the reasons why I figure it should be tended and kept alive and active.

I just finished adding 4 more gay categories - toons, ethnic, mature, and roles. (roles is uniforms and clothing, and stuff like boss play and doctor play and lockerroom play.

So, Red, you can sub gay toons now.

It takes a bit of hand work to make new cats so if I'm lucky and catch a few extra hours I can add shemale and forwomen cats in the next few days.

If anybody here wants a submit account for gay, forwomen, and tranny stuff, pretty much guaranteed within 72 hours approval (no I cant do this every day like MML did, lol, I ain't that good), them pm me and I will set you up.

Well, I'm doing a variation on working with templates, but am hand editing each one to change the titles and keywords and whatall - so it;s still taking me some time.

I am getting faster at it as I practice.

Jeremy, I have been out of the adult business for almost a year now, and i never owned the domain, Greenguy did.

I know I have let a lot of my old domains just expire and vanish, so it would not surprise my if greeny, who never was focused on gay niche anyway, just decided to let gotcock vanish. In any case, he is the one who knows.

Thats a great idea...maybe make it a hook up site as well. A friend of mine runs a straight hook up site in SA and it does ok.
