We had our 1st private showing of the house yesterday, but later found out they are going to pass. The 2 things things that turned them off was the wood paneling in 2 of the rooms (which I can sorta see) and "older laminate flooring" - the only laminate flooring in the house is in the basement! Who doesn't buy a house because there's laminate flooring in the basement?? |huh |crazy|

But, we do have another showing today |thumb

I watched Part 1 of HBO's Rolling Stone: Stories from the Edge rockumentary last night & it was SO FUCKING GOOD! Can't wait to watch Part 2 today |thumb I also have to watch ESPN's 30 For 30 Ric Flair documentary today if there's time http://www.smileyarena.com/emoticons...ling/flair.gif

It was raining this morning, but now the sun is shining again. Don't mind rain at all, but it's a challenge since this is a one room apartment and rain+dog = wet all over
Probably need to ask my doctor for a medicine change, the new ones I've been trying for a little while makes me sleep so much.
It actually affects my ability to get things done, since I'm affected by the 'over'sleeping.

I'll take our daily stroll and then work for a while.

Started on Stranger Things yesterday, not sure what I think yet. I'll give it a few more episodes.
Also started second season of Vice Principals. I have NO Idea why I keep watching that one, because I'm still not sure I like it! Must be something I like since I probably will watch the whole second season as well :-p

Good Morning :)

We had an inspection done yesterday and looks like there is something we need to fix but haven't gotten the report as of yet. It's a minor thing as we do know the big stuff like AC, heater, water heater, flooring all passed. Hopefully this will not deter the buyer.

Greenie, sounds like they just needed an excuse and those popped up in their mind. If I really liked the house I would of put in a lower bid to cover changing those things and then let the back and forth commence.

Tomorrow is chemo injection time again for the wife so she is going out with our daughter today to hang out since it's a good day for her.
