On Saturday Sept 8th I will again participate in the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Buffalo Out of the Darkness Walk in remembrance of my boys Glenn & Ryan McKillen 💚

Suicide is real & no one, not even those of us that have been deeply affected by it, talks about it because it's an extremely emotional topic (I'm on the verge of tears just typing this) If you ever even consider suicide, I beg you to please reach out to someone 1st. It's available 24 hours a day everyday, because you may not realize it, but it just fucking devastates all the loved ones you leave behind.

AFSP's goal is to reduce the suicide rate 20% by 2025. Please help them reach that goal by making a 100% tax deductible donation to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), funding research, education, advocacy, and support for those affected by suicide.
