recips placing strategy

Now i thought about recips placing...
What's better:
1. Place the most powerful recips on one mirror?
2. Mix powerful-middle powerful-low powerful recips on each mirrror?
3. Run time strategy. I mean that some lls approve and post freesites on the same day or on the next day and some need a weer, two or even more. So, when your link will be down the list in one it'll appear in another.

And which of mirrors include in sitemap - with more powerful links, with mixed links or that one which will get the most approves?

Before we go any further, have you addressed the issue Useless brought up in this thread?

akacayman - you really need to clean up your sites, go back to that thread and explain what happened. And, even after that, you'll be lucky if anyone touches you with a 10 foot pole because you fucked up BIG TIME!

I'm also going to de-sig you since I do not want the board linking to your site with it's current text/coding.
