Yesterday was mostly work with the usual interruptions. Rinse & repeat.

I hear a nap calling my name after lunch. Woke up at 4:30 AM and was unable to get back to sleep. At least I got some work done.

I am home and working. Slept good but fuck me I feel tired, likely going to take a couple of days to get back to feeling normal after limited sleep on the red eye Sunday night.

Geez tummy bugs all around ... festival bbq suspected.

Ah well. Good excuse to couch potato for the final Tour De France stages :D
