Did I tell you already that The Apple Twins program sucks?

This is the 2nd time I get deactivated for no reason at all, I'm not even going to bother anymore. Fuck them and their silly non-converting program.

"Important Information Regarding:

I don't even know where sxx.com and asktiava got my galleries. And oh yeah. I might have 6 galleries out there and not the maximum of 5 they allow me to have (they implented this rule long after I started promoting them). What kind of a stupid rule is that? Don't they want to make money?

Fonz 2010-10-02 06:21 AM

And did I mention I never saw the 2 "attempts" to contact me...

terry 2010-10-02 07:53 AM

I agree, FUCK THEM! Give it to them in the ass and take down your galleries. Thanks for the heads up, I'll be sure to remove my links as well - doesnt convert anyway.

Cleo 2010-10-02 08:21 AM

Fuck them, pull all their promo.

They are - from the webmasters that don't check, overpromote and are suspended. :)

Charlie 2010-10-02 12:30 PM

Is this going to be a growing trend now?

I got this email from cc bill concerning Alpha Sky Productions

I have nothing to do with this website and I don't give a flying fuck about Alpha Sky, but I'm wondering if this is a new trend to fuck affilaites. Granted they are a stupid ass program, but just curious on opinions concerning stuff like this.

That is not my website. I have no clue why links to my code are there and I also find it funny that they wouldn't want more links to their program then my best teen supporter on sites that are mine, but on my own sites I consider them traffic leaks so don't push them in front of anyone.

My account seems to have been suspended because someone else likes my links or something.

P.S. I have no recollection of anyone trying to contact me personally so this might be just a heads up to anyone supporting these guys. I'm not sure what I could do about it even if they had contacted me since I'm not rearranging my sites to help them out.

Sorry, LOL, I didn't even see this thread I was so flabbergasted and started an entirely new one LOL. You can wipe the one I started if you want |bananna|

I merged the two threads. :)

Personally my take on this is that it's clueless talent trying to reduce their free content and going about it all wrong.

It's pretty hilarious. Why would you not want as many links as possible going from your sites to their sites for the traffic. It's not like they are even giving you extra special content to use like most sponsors with any class do LOL?

I actually forget I'm even promoting them until stuff like this so maybe they just want to remind you they exist LOL |bananna|

Some programs don't like all their FHGs listed in a single spot.

Some places list by model, and all the FREE content ends up with easy access for the surfer.

babymaker 2010-10-03 06:17 AM

Wonder if they will sue twitter or facebook if people tweet or like the fhgs :D

Must like it even less when they have about 3 fhg's.

My point was. I didn't even remember I was supporting these guys. That's how little I was supporting them and they discontinued my account because I have ancient fhg's submitted to someone else's site. I think I may have submitted four fhg's total in the entire time I was trying them out. So if you are looking for a sponsor and were considering them, don't use them.

I couldn't care less about these jokers. They get flamed pretty much whereever they go with their ridiculious program. I just have to make sure ccbill is only discontinuing them and no one else and I also hope it's not going to be a new trend for failing programs that want to squeeze the last trace of blood from the stone.

Think of this scam. Set up a program. Get people to submit fhg's, blogs, free sites etc all over the web to sites that probably won't take them down or you won't remember you even submitted and then get the processor to discontinue the affiliate accounts for some new reason you add to your TOS (this is a new thing they started a while ago. I recall when they started it.)

I am surprised cc bill is letting them get away with this actually.

I'll link all their free content I run across during my course of travel to teen revenue sites. At least they pay if you stay on them enough LOL.

I guess they will be banning Google too since the 1,760,000 results clearly violates their terms.

No, they'll be banning all the affiliates that have more than 4 listings for them in Google.

My take, from the get go, with these idjits... If they're that clueless about affiliate promotion, there has to be more that's also fucked up with their program. Not worth sending my traffic when there are multiple options for sending it elsewhere.

I just remember some discusions over at Steve Lightspeeds Solo Girl Board about limiting the amount of free content in one place 2-3 years back. |whisper|

NY Jester 2010-10-04 08:05 AM

Personally, after reading their first promotional threads at the zoo, I never even looked at their program.

LeRoy 2010-10-04 12:34 PM

They banned me. Then told CCbill I'm a surfer trying to get content for free.

Sucks to see your links are no longer valid. Work down the drain :(

Sue them for defamation, since that's what that is :)

I can't believe cc bill is letting this go on with them. They should end processing them. I sent them an email. These guys are a scam and a half.

Fonz 2010-10-04 03:50 PM

And here I thought I was special getting banned and all :)

Sounds like they're doing a pretty good job of fucking themselves. They obviously have NO clue. There are many affiliate programs that appreciate all the traffic they get and actually generate revenue with it.
