Monday August 6 (Back to Normal Temps!)
 

Yep, we actually have a day of normal temps here. High about 70. High winds due this afternoon, but no thunderstorms.

Not much exciting going on. Just the normal routine here after a brief visit to the inlaws - approve, build, submit, approve.

Pagan's high temps somehow made their way back across the atlantic as we're supposed to hit 90°F today |angry|

Kitchen kicked my ass yesterday as The Bitch & I, with the help of my stepdaughter, built an island out of 2 cabinets. The concept seemed simple enough, but the implementation was |banghead|

The Bitch is off today, so I'll probably be forced back in there as soon as she gets up |scared|

Hot up here as well, really hasn't subsided much. Will be in the 30s, so 90F or so. Work planned today but I do need to see if I can find a notary for some paperwork I need to sign. Have a good day!

Already 84° F here, headed into the 90s again today, but that's the norm here for July and August, it's the 75% humidity on top of it that's the killer.

Just the usual slog here in sunny warm humid Houston.

Heat is still up here as well and like Toby said, it's the humidity that really has been ass kicking this summer.

Taking today off from outdoor work as I have a bunch or errands and phone calls to take care of plus the radiation appt and we're going to the movies tonight so my day is full.

Hope to get out there tomorrow even if it's just to take measurements and pick up supplies at Home Depot so I can deal with a ton of little stuff while waiting for a roofer.

Not to bad here, either. A bit of rain to actually. I have only one fan going now, on lowest speed.
Well, this fatigue-shit doesn't seem to want to go away. I guess it somehow is connected to the warmth. So I'll slow down a bit more in an attempt to get back on the feet.

Since I feel sorry for myself I bought a sample-library I can have fun with on my keyboard/Homestudio.

So there's that.
Other plans for tonight is some youtube'ing and Last Week Tonight. Latest John Oliver is made available late mondays here.
