Very nice house. A home like that here not on the water with that much land would easily by 3 million. Then there would be the insanely expensive insurance and taxes.

Any idea where you are thinking of moving to?

Very very nice house. That house would easily be double that price here, if that low, depending on where it is of course. I do hope you get your asking price and it sells quickly.

Back to Blasdell where out 1st house was. Yell & the girls both live on the same street over there, so we're hoping to find something close to them :)

Reminds me of where I lived before we moved to Florida.
