Notice in their NATS admin:

There have been a number of programs requiring that. Supposedly it's necessary due to laws in the country they're based in. I don't really buy that excuse as only a handful of programs are doing so.

I quit promoting DDF several years ago when they started adding Brazzers content to their member areas as upsells. I have no real issue with that specifically, but the Brazzers content was appearing as regular updates on their tours with Brazzers watermarks clearly visible.

Actually, it is an EU thing, so yes programs based in the EU like DDF do require invoices unless they are CCBill.

If it's EU law, there are a lot of programs ignoring it.

I'm not sure they are still doing the content share and upsell with Brazzers, I haven't bothered looking since. I also heard a rumor a year or so ago that they'd been quietly acquired by a major tube site owner (not Pornhub).

It might even be US law for all I know - think about it: someone owes you money, you send them an invoice or a bill or a formal request for payment. Just because affiliate programs never required this from us doesn't mean they shouldn't have. Paper trails!

ALSO!!! They will be eliminating payment by wire option on March 1st. Until they add other payment methods, Paxum will be the only option. It looks to me like they're trying to discourage all but the biggest affiliates.

You have to send an invoice at VIPissy Cash too, just to mention another one.

Sucks that you have to send DDF an invoice but if you don't do it within 2 months your money is gone forever? That's awful :(
