Clicking the webmaster link takes me to a login page with no extra info.

I'll send you a PM with the link to sign up. It's not just a partner link list, it's a private link list, so I don't link to that page anywhere. I don't want random newbies adding links to crap.
I'm fairly sensitive about this particular site - especially the descriptions and tags. Once inside, you'll see my anal little guides on tagging, descriptions and such. Outside of those details and the need for a simple text recip, it's very much like Earl. No daily limit. You can link to pretty much any page/gallery/site/hub/blog/post/whatever you own. I don't have any real content restrictions or demands. (My rules say 10 images per gallery on a free site, but I'm a big fan of hybrid/free style design, so even that doesn't count. Also, I've never rejected screen caps.) I don't have any banned sponsors. Sponsor iframes, hosted banners, etc. are perfectly fine. No FHGs as gallery pages though. As anal as I am about certain things with text and tags, I try not to infringe on a webmaster's ability to earn a living or be creative in their technique.
My permissiveness when it comes to content and design is pretty much what made me realize that it was pointless to review. I have only ever accepted webmasters who I considered trustworthy and capable. I do receive the rare email from a submitter about a typo in a title, but nothing major. Perv has been on automatic for a year or so, and I've never discovered anything added since then that I wouldn't have accepted myself. If I run across something that bothers me in the tags or description, I'll edit it.
Don't think that I scan the site for typos and grammatical errors. In actuality, I barely look at it in that context. I generally don't read the descriptions at all.
If you sign up and decide you don't want to submit to it, that's fine. No hard feelings. But have a look around and see what you think. :)

No. But someday, most likely within the following year, the entire site will be for sale.
