Well here is a tip for you this week.
As you all know, sitting at your desk for hours at a time can start
causing problems. Like sore back, wrists, necks and other aches
and pains. I find getting up and walking around does help a bit,
but for the long term, start thinking about your Ergonomics. Most
webmasters sit in ratty old office chairs that they've had for years
and use mouse pads that have worn out covers. Why you ask? Because
we are too busy to worry about our Ergonomics. So take the time
and try to make it more comfortable for yourself and maybe you'll
find those aches and pains go away. Here is a website http://www.safecomputingtips.com/
that has a lot of great info.
