Just a few tips about Ergonomics!

Well here is a tip for you this week. As you all know, sitting at your desk for hours at a time can start causing problems. Like sore back, wrists, necks and other aches and pains. I find getting up and walking around does help a bit, but for the long term, start thinking about your Ergonomics. Here is a website http://www.safecomputingtips.com/ that has a lot of great info.
