keeping Track of Freesites

A question was asked on the board...

Someone do the math and tell me how many sites will be in my submit queue at the end of 30 days...90 sites?
At the end of 30 days, I'm supposed to remember there's a site built that needs to be submitted?? And at 60 and 90???

Greenguy came up with a great plan...

Keeping track is easy - you can do it in a text file

Build the 1st 4 sites tomorrow, submit the 1st & then list the other 3 like this:

07-04-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-05-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-06-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)

On Sunday, build another 4, submit one & add to the list:

07-04-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-04-11 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-05-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-05-11 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-06-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-06-11 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)

Then, starting on April 10, open the text file each day, take the top site, submit it & remove it from the list.
