Vegas 2006 - Who's going?
Vegas is creeping up & like we did last year, we want to get a list together of who from the board is going to be there & whatnot.

So if you're going, please post where you are staying & the dates & I'll get the list together & post it online with printable versions like last year.

If you are having a party, DO NOT POST THE INFO HERE. Send me a PM with the info & I'll get it listed on the Party area of the page.

And let's not turn this into a Spam fest - don't go on about a new program that you're opening or that you'll be there with the rest of your programs crews & whatnot. We just want to get a list together as far as who from the board will be there so people cam make some networking & drinking plans

On Hiatus
Because of the Holidays and the Internext show, the radio show will be taking a couple of weeks off. And, MrMaryLou's On The Bench will not be held this New Year's Eve. At least, he better be doing something other than "On The Bench" :) As for the Search Engine Chat, I expect Bill to be doing it tonight. But, we will let you know on the board, today. If he decides not to do it, I think we can all understand. :) With Christmas, Hanukah, Kwanza, New Year's Eve and Internext, most of our schedules are a little screwed up.

Create Effective Landing Pages (Part 3)
Establish Trust With Page Design

Your landing page should be just as attractive and carefully designed as your main page. It's the first page a visitor sees when he clicks on your link, so it has as much impact as the rest of your site.

A good design helps establish credibility. Without it, visitors just won't take your online business seriously. Remember that you aren't just selling a generic product or service. You also have to convince online customers that it's safe to buy from the site you are sending visitors to.

Right or wrong, visitors equate a good-looking site with a trustworthy site. Verify that your page design displays reliably across browsers.

Have a Great Day!
