Traffic Trade Tuesdays - Official Guidelines!
Traffic Trade Tuesday!

Tuesday January 18th - MrMaryLou & Greenguy started accepting straight, legit, non-circle-jerk, non-blind link trades with one of the many TGP's & Link Lists that we run.

Each Tuesday, we will post one of our traffic sites & ask for trades with it here on the board. All trades will be category specific - so if we post a BBW site, we'll only be looking to trade with other BBW sites.

The links from us will all be warning or main page links, so we expect the same in return. Sometime down the road, we will get into the regular "category trades" that everyone is doing these days.

We're not looking to send or receive massive amounts of traffic with these. We're also not interested in trading traffic thru scripts. Just normal everyday hard link trades.

We will post the html code that we'd like you to use for the trade - nothing fancy, just text links along the lines of the Site Name.

Once you have the link on your page, you can come back here, post your info/link & we'll get it onto our page.

WE WILL NOT BE TRADING LINKS WITH PEOPLE THAT HAVE INCOMPLETE SIG FILES!

Very simple - very straight forward - just trading traffic

New Categories Being Added To The Link O'Rama.....
Over the next few weeks, MML & I will be adding new categories to the Link O'Rama. Some will be completely new & some will be splits of existing categories.

The 1st is sorta a combo of both. We've gone thru the "mature" page & moved most of the "milf" sites to the new Sexy Milfs page.

We've added "milfs" to the submit page and put up the proper table on the recip page.

As we add new categories, we'll post them here in this thread

Also, we're open to suggestions - we have a list started, but input is always appreciated

Traffic Recourses Are Going To Be Updated!
Our current Traffic Resources Area sucks. We know this, We get complaints almost daily that this site is down or this site is not longer accepting submissions. That's going to change effective next week.

We are going to shitcan ALL the current traffic resources & start from scratch. The new listings will be for board members only & you will have to send us the info for all your traffic sites again. This may be a shit thing for some of you, but 95% of the listings that we currently have are not linking back to us anyway, so this makes sense.

We will also be listing a link to your profile in with the info for the site. This way, if you need to contact the owner of the site, you can do so on the board. You can also sort the sites by who owns them, so if you like a Link List that JoeBlow maintains, you can easily see what other traffic sources JoeBlow runs.

In order to get listed on the new Traffic Resource pages, all you need to do is send MrMaryLou a Private Message with the name of your site & the URL. That's it! He will take care of the rest. If you have more than 1 traffic source, please send them all in the same message.

Also, so that we can hopefully avoid problems during the submission process, you will only get a reply to your PM if there is a problem. So don't get your panties in a knot if MrMaryLou does not reply to your request.

Spelling Errors, Don't Do It!

It is very easy to ignore those things that we consider unimportant or trivial.

When it comes to presenting the content of your Web pages, it would be just as easy not to even think about spelling, or appropriate use of grammar.

OK. Now you are thinking that there are much more important things to think about when designing and presenting your copy. Well, if your pages don't look nicely laid out, then your text presentation will already be handicapped. No argument there. However, if everything works well on your pages, but the text suffers from an abundance of spelling mistakes, or grammatical errors, the impression of your visitors changes.

So what if there are a few errors on a page? Consciously, or not, we tend to associate mistakes with carelessness and unprofessionalism. If you provide a service, or sell something on your site, then spelling and grammatical errors can be really costly. Spelling mistakes (most of them anyway) can be easily detected using a word processor, but grammatical errors require more than that. Take time to make sure you are doing it right. Sometimes seemingly trivial things can make the difference between a good selling pitch and a bad one. Don't take chances, if you can avoid them.
