Greenguy's Looking For Affiliate Programs With Webmaster Referrals!
Greenguy wants to use Affiliate programs he is not using already. Read the rules and post your affiliate link HERE.

1 - I am already signed up for these programs:

2 - You may only post a link to an affiliate program ONCE in this thread. If you have 2 you want me to promote, pick one & sit on the other until the next time I do this.
3 - Post YOUR referral code, not someone else's & not just the regular link to the program.
4 - DO NOT post links to programs that do not offer webmaster referrals.
5 - Do not post links to programs that make you jump thru hoops to get an account. An example of this would be those programs that have 4 sites & you have to get a separate account for each of them.
6 - I am only looking for affiliate programs with pay sites - no toy or DVD or medicine or any other products nor do I want programs that have $1 email or ezine sites. Just post links to programs that have standard paysites (PPS or Revshare - both are welcome)
7 - You must have a certain number of posts in order to post your referral link in this thread. The number of posts required will change each day, so look for me to post that the number has changed before you post (I will do this during the morning hours each day)

That's something we all hear, and try to abide by before we submit our free sites to the Link Lists we each use. Here's another little twist on that, that may save you time in the future. Some rejection emails in my inbox this morning led me on a path that ended with the words' What a dumbass I am', or something similar....
Going through some older sites of mine this week I found one that had not been modified to fit into a browser set at 800x600, so I set about rectifying this, as well as adding some mirror pages and putting some newer LLs I submit to on there (not necessarily new LLs, just new ones I had found and started to submit to since I first built the site). All fine and dandy, upload them to my server, and check again on the web.
Now, as many of us do, I have a 'dirty version' if you like, of my site. More outgoing links, an exit console here and then, with a separate doorway page submitted to the SES leading to it. So which version of the site did I upload to my clean folders? The dirty version
Even after the rejection emails, I couldn't see the problem, until I hit Ctrl+F5, which then loaded the recently uploaded pages. Not only did that put me in a bad light with the new LLs I submit to, if I hadn't found out, I'd also have been at risk for breaking the rules after being listed elsewhere and possibly blacklisted.
Moral of the story - Especially when modifying existing sites, make sure you are loading the latest page you have uploaded, not the cached version. Saves time, saves warning flags being put up with new LLs you submit to, and of course it saves looking like a dumbass!
