If You Don't Like This Business Today, Wait...It Will Change Tomorrow
With all the changes this week with ARS, again many people think this is the start of the end of this business.
The first program I used in 96 was brought to us by the kind folks at CECASH (back then just known as Cybererotica). This program was setup as follows...and remember, my memory is not as good as it once was :) But, you sent traffic to Cybererotica for a week. FM would then take the amount of traffic you sent that week and multiply it by 4 and prepay you for the rest of the month. You have to remember, back then, we nobody thought about people cheating the system. Except the cheaters, I guess :) That program was my bread and butter. When Cybererotica changed the program after about 6 or 8 months, I thought that was the end of my money from this business. I thought I was going to have to go back to a "real" job. But, Cybererotica came out with an even better program and I ended up making more money from it.
Over the years, I have watched advertising models like the one described above go to paid per raw hit, to paid per unique hit, to paid per "Free Trial" signup, to paid per converted "Free Trial" signup. And now, except for a few programs, most still pay per signup. But, when any of these changes were made, most people thought the end was near.
My advice to you...or My "Tip" to you is to give ARS a real try before thinking that what they are trying will not work. You never know, all sponsors may use this model in the future.
Have a Great Day
