Choose the Right Site And Sponsor For Your Traffic!
If you join a pay-per-sale affiliate program you earn a commission on every sale you help generate for a sponsor. However too many webmasters pick the wrong programs, and never make anything. Here are some tips:
1. Program selection is key - pick sites that will appeal to your site's audience.
2. Don't pick sites because of great commission. If your site is about Bit Tits, then don't expect many visitors to buy Amateurs!
3. Stick with good quality Sponsors.
4. Check the sponsor's site - is it easy for a customer to buy online ?
5. If you have a choice of sites - pick the ones that suit your audience. Individual product links usually work better than links to a sponsor's main page.
6. Test different offers and products, until you find the ones that work for you.
7. If your site gets a lot of regular visitors - change the sites over on a regular basis.
