Search Engines Hate Frames
While frames are very popular with many web designers (not so much anymore), they are not so popular with search engines - most of which are unable to index frames based sites properly.
If you want your site to be fully indexed by search engines: if possible, design your site not to use frames at all (maybe you can use nested tables instead). If you must use frames, include a link to all the main sections of your site, in your NOFRAMES section of your entry page.
Have a Great Day
