While watching NBC's Nightly News last night, it dawned on me that we are living in VERY interesting times:
- 3 major hurricanes hit the US
- 3 major earthquakes in Mexico
- North Korea & Rocket Man
- The (probable) non-repeal of Obamacare
- The mess that is vs the NFL
- Church shooting in TN
Just an observation

It's still fucking HOT here We broke 90°F yesterday & they say we will come close to that again today. Fuck this! I want to turn my AC off

Talked to our realtor yesterday after no one showing up at our open houses & decided to lower the price again, this time to $479K

Not much going on today. Looks like Ramster has some grunt work for me Then my weekly visit to the chiro.

Another ok day, weather-wise. A bit misty and a little bit of rain, but not enough to complain. (I also believes that when I have got myself a dog I've also removed my rights to complain about weather. I have to go out, nonetheless and as a dog owner I've learned to accept what I get)

Good morning.

My allergies have been absolutely devastating this year. On a couple of days, I've felt like throwing up. I've also been battling ear ringing for about 16 months now.

Going to sit down and figure out what to do with a couple of the adult domains I own.

Good luck Greenie but I think you might need to drop it down to 449 to capture those looking for homes under 450 to get more interest. Maybe 474 if people search in 25 increments in your area but your agent "should know" this and what price per square foot or price points are selling fastest. Problem is they always tell owners what they want to hear to get them to sign up. Agents can really suck sometimes! Unfortunately you are in the same situation my mother is. There is not a large group of people buying in your area at that price point and even thou it's been on the market for 6 months it probably won't sell until next year. Hopefully the bubble won't pop before that happens. Once again, good luck!

We found out yesterday that chemo starts in two weeks. Could of started next week but we planned a small trip up north to the wine country and to see family before the 6 months of this all starts.

Tonight is our first cancer group meetings. I go to the spouse/family one and she goes to those with cancer. We are wondering just how long it will take before I just start blurting out "toughen up cupcakes, it's not like you have cancer" and get kicked out

I'm actually hoping to learn how to deal with the chemo period from those that are going thru or that have dealt with it. But I have a feeling it's going to consist of some drama queens. Hope for the best!
