Morning!

The local Weather Readers say today is the last day of 80°F+ heat, which means I can finally turn off this fucking electricity sucking AC

Spent most of yesterday doing some grunt work for

Ramster.

Today I have to run down to the Indian Reservation to buy some cheap smokes for The Bitch & my mom. Not that I no longer smoke - I have maybe 1 a day - but I'm pretty much only vaping

Spider-Man: Homecoming is out on Amazon, so that'll be on today's To Do list, too.

Another Shrink-session, so I'm exhausted.
Will do what needs to be done and then relax for the rest of the day

Which of course includes a lengthy quality walk around the area with doggie so she can update herself on latest local news by sniffing on things

Per request of the buyer of my lovely home, we had the City building inspector here this morning to tour the house in order to make sure they won't run into any legal issues with the City. He looked around, said that I appeared to have done everything correctly, and went on his merry way. (I changed a multi-family dwelling into a single family dwelling without any permits.) Now, I have informed the assessor's office, and they couldn't care less, but the new single family assessment will not be official until May of next year. Hopefully, this won't be a stumbling block for the buyer who is real estate investor/flipper.

Other than that, I'm sweating my delicious ass off in this bizarre early Autumn heat wave.

Good Day

Well last nights group sessions ended up kinda ass backwards. As I left feeling okay about it and learned things whereas my wife latched on to negatives and fell apart afterwards. I guess the stick that broke the camels back was she found out she will probably loose her eyelashes and that started the spiral downwards. Took probably about an hour to pull her back together and get her to concentrate on what we know and the steps we have to take versus worrying about all the other issues that may or may not come along the way.

On a good note I was actually able to get an appointment with my lawyer later today to sign some paperwork for the courts and recording. At least this should be all finished up in a months time, they are slow with these things.

Until then it's mindless grunt work for me
